Product Overview

Ferrule type 316 stainless steel cable mesh is made of standard SUS316 stainless steel wire rope and matched 316 stainless steel ferrules.It is a high-corrosion-resistant, high-safety and maintenance-free flexible safety mesh, widely used in coastal, marine, zoo, food-grade and high-end architectural protection projects.

Material

Made of SUS316 stainless steel with molybdenum (Mo) added. It provides excellent resistance to chloride, seawater salt spray, acid and alkali, and disinfectant corrosion. Its anti-rust performance is far better than 304, ideal for marine, coastal and high-corrosion outdoor environments.

Core Technology

Adopts 7×7 / 7×19 stranded stainless steel wire rope and full 316 matching ferrules. Fully automatic hydraulic pressing ensures firm locking without welding damage or broken wires. The mesh surface is flat, tension uniform, joints non-slip, more stable than woven and welded mesh.
